Thanks to an incredible effort by Knollwood Elementary and Rowan-Salisbury Schools, every K–5 student is heading into summer with 10 books of their own. Access to books changes lives, and this initiative helps ensure students stay engaged, keep learning, and discover the joy of reading all summer long.

Caldwell County Schools hosted an incredible Little Read Day with @laurenTarshis.

She inspired third graders across the district as she shared about her work on the I Survived series, including I Survived the Shark Attacks of 1916, along with a glimpse of her newest project.
