If we really want to center Black people in our work, let’s start with our Equity/Anti-racism trainings. Many Black professionals don’t need another training on how to be more equitable or anti-racist.

Many of these trainings are White-centered. Differentiate. Offer Black professionals developmental opportunities on building professional networks/coalitions in professional settings.
