Over 15% of Niagara children age 5–11 already have an appointment for their vaccine!

Let's keep that going so we can really #StickItToCOVID and keep children healthy & in school. Vaccinated children won't be sent home when someone gets diagnosed with #COVID19.

This is what we like to see! Check out these students walking all the way or part of the way to school at Hilson PS. Walking even part way to school helps create safer school zones by reducing vehicle congestion. 🚶‍♂️🚶🏽‍♀️🚸

Make Wednesdays your day for walking to school! Too far? No problem, just park a few streets away and walk the rest of the way. Fresh air and exercise does the body and mind good! @AlexMuirPS @NotreDame_YCDSB @pcpsyr @SES_ycdsb @StonehavenES @YRDSB @ycdsb_AST @OntarioAST

October is International Walk to School Month. Kids who walk or bike to school arrive alert and ready to learn. This #Walktober, practice a walking route to your school. Enjoy the #JourneyOutside #ActiveSchoolTravel @NiagaraParents @OntarioAST @niagarasts

[Town of Lincoln @TownofLincolnON]

Hey #LincolnON

If you can’t walk all the way to school, try driving to a location near your school and #ActiveSchoolTravel the rest of the way. Using active transportation reduces local traffic.
