@Hertz @Hertz ctd... So this seems to be a pattern of disgusting customer service from Hertz. All I asked for when calling customer service was a refund of all fees! I had to Uber and Lyft for the rest of my client trip. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK AT ALL!!!! Shame on you Hertz!!!!

@Hertz Hertz left me stranded in Colorado last week. A new car I rented for a business trip would not start due to engine trouble. I called Hertz and their response to me at night, was to wait 3 hours for a tow truck, drive back to the airport (50 miles) with the tow truck

@Hertz ctd. driver (who was a complete stranger), then get a replacement car and drive 50 miles back to my client. I've been with Hertz for over 15 years and this treatment was disgusting!!!!! Not to mention, this happened to me while attending a funeral in the Summer.
