@TUIUK my holiday was cancelled on 19.05.25, i have contacted you many times over the last (nearly) 3 weeks asking for my refund. ur call centre and social media staff (as I have the DM’s) are absolutely LIARS!! MY MONEY has still not been received - small claims court it is 🤬

@FortniteStatus hi there seems to be an issue getting into any BR/Reload game (on xbox & EU) game takes ages to connect and when it does, i’m not in lobby, always at end of battle bus and the map hasn’t loaded properly🙄
