@mlkytee It doesn��t get any better once they’ve had training. They then just say they’re not confident and refuse to do it anyway.
It’s nearly pushed me over the edge a few times.

@veggieequallife I’m sad that some PA’s are clouding the he opinions of the job.
I do the jobs list, I hold the junior bleep in the afternoon so my FY colleagues can go to clinic/theatre. I’m here to help not hinder or take opportunities. I’m here to support them.
