@googlenesthelp I was told I had to create a google account for the funds to be transfered to google pay. I did, there were never transfered. This was after multiple replacements of your ‘outdoor’ camera

Warning, do not buy @googlenest cameras. If placed outside, they eventually stop working. When you ask for a replacement or refund. They say they will refund an never do.. after over a year!

@googlenesthelp Contacted you on here and privately many times over a year period. Empty promises. No refund received. All my 4 google cameras now do not work. They are not fit to be outside cameras. Have now gone elsewhere

@OntheBeachUK asking for payment on a holiday booked for May. Disgusting behaviour, no call centre and a standard email saying pay or it will be cancelled and you will pay the fees. Yet easyJet are allowing you to change your flights for free so why is there no option to change
