Well we have reached the finish line, and Walt and I are looking forward to serving our district and state with integrity. This journey was pretty trying at times, it was contentious and filled with many untruths at times. However, we continued to press forward because we knew that there was still much work to do for our districts.

I want you all to know that this was a collective effort, because we could not have been successful without your love, support, and prayers. We appreciate the time and energy that each one of you put forward to help us to return to the Legislature so that we could continue to serve you!

We have until January before we both are sworn in. If there are any concerns in your communities that you would like us to address, please let us know so that we can discuss them before the session starts.

Again, thank you for all that you do for our district and especially the communities where you reside.
