I’m just not having MPs who have had a £20,000 rise in the last 10 years telling nurses who have had a real terms cut that their pay claim isn’t realistic.

As someone who has experienced 1 trained nurse during my management placement it isn't safe. It's not fair for the patients or the nurses. It's also not fair on the students who are being counted in numbers due to lack of staff. This isn't just about money. It's about safety!
