@SSE I've been a customer of yours for years, first on prepayment then onto direct debit when I moved house. I pay weekly by DD. You then move everyone to @OVOEnergy and suddenly I cannot pay by weekly direct debit, only monthly! Then put my amount up! Why change weekly DD?!
