@TLRailUK trying to get compensation via the online form but it isn't recognising Euston as a station 🤔 also how can the journey not be valid for compensation if I was forced to go an alternative route due to Thameslink cancellations?

@TLRailUK but then I will lose my progress so far no? Also it seems strange that I can claim for the journeys that I managed to take the Thameslink but not the more expensive ones when the Thameslink was cancelled? why is this?

@TLRailUK please at least stop *pretending* to run trains?! So that they look like they’re actually running on Citymapper yet are actually cancelled when I get to the station. If you were just honest that the service is just not running at all we could work around it 😠
