Dear @BestBuy What gives with my begging for an oven I paid for? What gives with three ovenless delivery dates? What gives with hours on the phone to the rabbit hole that is phone tree hell? We went back to your store, cancelled our order and headed to a local appliance store.
The most wonderful moment on Twitter! @AOC has a mini reunion with a former teacher, Mrs. Jacobs. God bless teachers who plant these early seeds (mine was Mrs. Reid, who made my 8-yr-old self feel that I could do wonderful things)

To be clear, no one was "going to the bathroom" while this interview took place.
It happened when I bumped into @SenDanFeyen in a hallway in the Capitol. I have no idea where he was headed at the time. We parted ways as he headed into an area where there are no bathrooms.
He says that because it's convienent and might garner pity, and because it might lead some folks, who don't bother to read entire stories, that you recorded him at the urnial.

@patrickdmarley@SenDanFeyen Don't stop reporting. Don't stop recording. Hold elected officials to the fire. They don't have to answer you, but they sure as heck don't get to dictate terms and conditions when they are in public areas of public buildings on the public time clock. Thank you for your work.
@RegionalRob It is, and it also isn't. What is shocking is that there are limited ways for law enforcement to intervene in situations like this. I pray that changes. I also thank you for the work you do, sir.
Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble. #goodtrouble
@repjohnlewis I am writing these words down and placing them someplace where I will see them often. Thank you for this reminder. I needed it and will continue to need it.
@Arngrim You can have some our chipmunks. Three of them worked their way into our furnace in the basement. Now, we have a stake in the ground that emits noise they are supposed to dislike. A few days ago, I saw one just sitting on it whilst it beeped away.
@LibyaLiberty Thank you for this post. Saving it for my high school civics students in the fall and our genocide unit. Wonder what parallels they will draw?
I care. It's how I be best. I wish she did, too. But enough about a jacket. Let's keep our eyes on the investigation, and proposed draconian budget cuts. https://t.co/54jZa21vGy
First lady Melania Trump wore a jacket that read "I really don't care. Do U?" while boarding her plane to tour an immigrant children's shelter https://t.co/I7TjeleaW0
@journalsentinel and @Gannett : Why do you struggle delivering my subscription to my home? This wasn't an issue pre-Gannett take over of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Deliver what I pay for, please, and by the promised times. Deadlines matter.
@journalsentinel We love a printed newspaper in the morning. Sadly, we cannot get a printed newspaper in our home before we leave for work despite having a subscription for just that. What gives? Do you NOT want to be in the print business anymore?
@journalsentinel Apparently, we can only read this online since we cannot get our subscription actually DELIVERED to our home. We want to support news organizations with a paid subscription delivered to our home, why make it so hard?
