@TicketmasterCS Thanks. I got a reply but it was a general email telling me that ticketmaster didn’t set the price. That wasn’t my query. I reported that you still think I’m a bot and I can’t log in to access other tickets I’ve bought or be able to take part in further ticket sales 🤷🏻‍♀️

Appalling customer service from @JustEatUK & @McDonalds today ordering a treat for my child. Driver arrived with drinks & no food. Called McD's who said not their problem. I didn't want just drinks but was forced to pay £6.50 for them & told 2 weeks for partial refund for food😠

@footlocker say they dispatched trainers I paid for 9 days ago but they're lost en-route. There's no dispatch confirmation or tracking number & said I have to wait for them to find them before I can have a refund. I want my money back. Terrible customer service. Do not shop here.
