A huge motivator for me is taking pictures of myself—I’m pretty & have good facial features, but I’ll be drop dead gorgeous when I lose weight. I have good proportions and bone structure, but it’ll be way more obvious when I lose weight. The difference between pretty and perfect.
Daily goals/rules:
1. 128 oz water
2. Finish eating before 8pm
3. Energy drinks must be less than 30 cal
4. Workout every day, preferably first thing in the morning & followed by a shower
5. Keep room clean - sunday reset day, no excuses
6. Skincare 2x
7. Sleep 8 hrs
8. 10k steps
lost a mere pound, but ive literally been working out and burning 800+ cals above my bmr, eating <1500 cals, shat my guts out, and drinking more water and peeing adequately. the only thing i havent done is slept much. like bruhhh.. i know it has to be water weight but please 😭😭
anyways I unintentionally restricted today: I ate a little before work, then didn't eat anything till I left, had a kids meal from the big M with a friend on the way home, had a couple bites of my McFlurry and then DROPPED IT 😭 got sad and took a shower, and now here we are.
ive been semi locked in since this post lol. gonna try doing better, starting w/ going to bed in a sec. Will start tomorrow with
-electrolytes & chlorophyll
-a protein shake
-and either a rice&chicken&veggie bowl, or some leftover pizza. depends on when I wake up & how i feel
i've been busy with work & back2sch0ol preparation lately, so I'm trying to be easy on myself, but I need to get it together lmfao. I might apply at another job, but I get a lot of steps at my current job, and would be getting significantly less at the new place. idk man.
i love being on vacation, but i physically feel so bad dude 😭 like tmi but im all bloated and constipated, my sleeping schedule is somehow worse than usual, i can't accurately track cals, im too tired to workout, and theres no where to do so privately, etc. like bruhhh
