“GIGGLE 现货和杠杆交易对的交易手续费，如果以 GIGGLE 以外的代币（例如 USDT、USDC 和 TRY）收取，将在每周的第一天 00:00:00 (UTC) 使用币安的实时汇率转换为 GIGGLE。”

翻译过来就是：这些手续费都会用来回购 $Giggle ，然后统一以 $Giggle 代币的形式捐赠给 Giggle Fund。这不比所谓的“官方发行”更香吗？
