How is this okay? Law passed allowing separation yet borrowers are still required to be in contact with abuser to get help from servicers. @usedgov allows abuse to continue everyday there isn’t process in place. @SecCardona @POTUS @ShalaneFlanagan @SenWarren @SC_DoUsPart @

@SecCardona Those with Joint Spousal Consolidated loans have been under tremendous fianancial insecurity 4 Decades & it’s continuing w/o any action on your part to separate them as law demands. THAT is CALLOUS. Finding $ for serious health, w/no payment pause, is agonizing! @SC_DoUsPart
