Alyssa Hudson competed in the UIL Regional 2A golf tournament in Corpus Christi, TX. After two rounds competing against 90 of the best golfers from Region IV, Alyssa finished 31st overall. On the second day of competition, Alyssa shot her best round of her career with a 98!
4th and 5th graders hosted Night at the Museum. 4th grade focused on the history of Fiesta in San Antonio and 5th grade on the Great Depression and Wall Street crash of 1929. It was an amazing display of creativity while sharing factual information!
Mrs. Duron's students did a cooking activity with kiddos in Mrs. Thompson's class. They were given about 100 visual recipes, and they picked 2. Our students had a blast working together π¨βπ³!
Stacey Junior, Seth Yeager, competed in Super Smash Bros Ultimate at the TexSEF Undisputed State Championship held at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. The tournament brings together leagues and organizations from across the state and rewards and celebrates teams/players for excellent play
Congratulations to Tristyn Myrick!! Her film βDunkinβ was one of two student films that was selected to be featured at the Festival de Cine Latino Americano in Corpus Christi. The Stacey 10th grader is part of the SaySi youth creative development organization in San Antonio.

On May 7th, Ms. Duron's community service class embarked on a meaningful mission to support our community, volunteering their time at the San Antonio Food Bank. Working together as a team, these 12 students poured their hearts into delivering much-needed food to 84 families.

At the UIL Academics District meet in Falls City on April 3rd, these students placed in various events and will represent Stacey at the Regional meet at Texas A&M Corpus Christi!
2nd grade built a real-life pond in science! They learned about pond animals, their habitat, basic needs, pond food chains and even wrote a research paper. Students went around campus finding natural resources to build their habitat and studied turtles, a frog, and multiple fish.
On Friday, April 12, Taelor Nelloms, a senior at Lackland, put together an art gallery. The show featured eighteen pieces, ranging from 1st grade artists to a 12th grade artist.
