Beware of @Kiehls . Horrible customer service…and have basically blown me off and said oh well to a small issue I had with my order. I will no longer be a supporter of their products. Never have had a more horrible experience with a company.
@Kiehls I received an email with the company info for the shipping of my order. I already have this info and nobody answers when I call this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced @Kiehls . I would appreciate a refund at this point.
@Kiehls I’ve tried to fix a problem with an incorrect shipping address and no one can help me in any aspect from your customer service. I’ve been a loyal Kiehl’s product user for years and this is truly unacceptable. I’ve called customer service, shipping and cannot get an answer
@KitchenAidUSA Kitchens for creators?! I’ve been trying to get a response about my non performing range/oven. Have put in several calls, have sent a report about the numerous times it’s been serviced and I cannot teach my culinary classes, therefore no creation. I got a lemon.
