@WestJet Spent 30 minutes waiting for a customer service rep to change my flight who then put me on hold for another 30 minutes to tell me no dice. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me to call another number and wait on hold! What a way to add insult to injury!
@TD_Canada I called TD Canada Trust today and told them about misinformation I had received from a branch representative. Rather than help me solve the issue, the phone representative told me the bank doesn’t need my business!
