@IrishRail any chance of turn on the air conditioning on the 11.25am cork to Dublin train. It is like an oven on the train and air conditioning is turned off 🤬
@_mullally_el_ The media and the government opposition parties have been spreading this idea that young people cannot afford to buy a house in Ireland for the last few years. Young people are buying into this when it is not true. Salaries have never been higher and there are a fortune of jobs.
@OverhaulUSA@declanganley Well I guess their country is at war and they left as it is not safe. This is the definition of a refugee. There is around 4m of them across Europe so 100k here isn’t that much. There is 1.1m of them in Germany alone and about another 1m in Poland.
@OverhaulUSA@declanganley In 2023 the vast majority of immigrants (excluding those who came on work visas) were from Ukraine (33,000). There were 13,000 from other countries who applied for international protection. 107,000 citizens from Ukraine since 2002. Is Putin in on this corruption also?
@OverhaulUSA@declanganley He provided no details at all. That is the problem. The only detail provided was about toilets which is absolutely not happening. It is just a click bate post by someone looking for attention. I’m not a developer but I do have knowledge of the sector.
@BallincolligRFC Ah the old tin can dressing room. Most of the time we just got changed on the pitch in the regional park. We have come a long way since then.

@piersmorgan@DarrenEuronews U.K. has the third highest daily death rate in the entire world, only behind Mexico and U.S.A. Both of which have significantly higher populations and the U.K. is still not reporting the TRUE total number of COVID-19 deaths
