One of the most telling attributes of an effective leader is that they bring out the best in those they lead. They raise morale and confidence of their staff. Imagine what a staff can do when they feel valued and appreciated.

Teachers, every day when you walk into your classroom, never lose sight of the importance of the moment. While not always possible, try to leave your worries in the hallway (they will be waiting when you leave) and make the best of TODAY for you and your students!
Effective leadership is kind of simple. Hire the best, treat them like they're best. Support, encourage, and appreciate them and they will become the best. And they will want to stay.
