@davidscottjaffe @NVIDIAGFN I think streaming is cool, I used it on my Steam Deck for Game Pass games and it worked mostly well. I think the negative reaction, at least for me, comes from the idea that owning the hardware is a privilege when my only ISP option (Xfinity) doesn’t offer reliable latency.

I don’t see how there’s not a relation to banks lending out large sums of money and mitigating risk by ensuring their asset can help them recuperate if the loan defaults.
