New Delhi must think what will change in Kashmir if we create the state of Jammu Province. Kashmir Division will have the same CM Omar Abdullah, ministers, LG , Police, Armed Forces, Intelligence agencies .

What will change in Jammu is that Jammu division will get a new CM of Jammu, new Ministers and end of Kashmir rule in Jammu.
