THIS MAN IS DISABLED TO WHERE HE CANT EVEN SPEAK. HE HAS WALKED AND ROAMED THIS PARK SINCE I MOVED THERE 19 years ago. HE IS MENTALLY CHALLENGED AND HE FINDS HIS HAPPINESS IN THIS PARK. Get a load of yourself and realize what’s actually going on instead of making assumptions.
