One issue seen in my peers concept map on mental health is the impact mental health can have on your immune system. I think most over look how mental health can affect physical wellbeing and not just mental well being. #EM203

@EM203ZMahmood This course has definitely made me realize my habits and what my drawbacks are from my internet usage as well as for other students. Using other resources to expand learning is definitely one way I learn effectively

@EM203XEN It’s so funny to hear how every class has different learnings. In my leadership and personal development class, we learned that it is impossible to multitask and now we learn that it can reduce performance and lead to cognitive overload.

So far,I’ve looked at the pros and cons of students using the internet and taking a different look at different types of media and how they can benefit skills. As students,we are constantly online but that doesn’t mean that it’s all useless, if you use it as a purpose #EM203Robin
