Another Bondam down. This time around it felt easier, mostly because of the right expectations and regular electrolyte intake. Feeling happy. Upwards and onwards. 💪
Finished my first ever 60 hours Fast!!
I was more comfortable this time having done 48 hours the last time. Just pink salt + water was good last time. This time i felt i should have added some potassium and Magnesium supplements, but missed.
Next Fast in 2-3 months 💪🚀
Is this the first time in history, that most people "can" have what the richest person in the world also has ? I couldn't think of any other non essential consumer good which can be seen in the hands of a Joe Biden and an Average Joe ?

Finished my first ever 48 hour Fast!!
I was apprehensive that I couldn't be very productive at tasks and ended up mostly watching movies. Hopefully, my next fast will be more productive. Hoping to do it at least once every 2 Months

I have seen many people getting "stuck under rocks" for years, some even for life, by trying to optimize their choices for their temporary problems

Long ago, the first time i read this, i thought how stupid are these people to be literally shocking themselves than being left alone to face themselves. I thought, *in a few generations* (Yes, but, ago) , we ALL MIGHT (i chuckle myself) become like this.

Empowerment is the only sustainable way of change. Any other way is short lived, constantly challenged and is more painful to endure

I had this written in my notes long ago, but got a glimpse of it recently. It's a bit Crude, needs work. Anyway, here it goes
"Not Money, position or power, but expectation is what makes you a slave. Learn to manage your expectations and you will be driving your life more often"
