LiteCart 2.1.5 is out and adresses all known issues with PHP 7.2 and 7.3.

@cPanel @oderland We pulled some strings and turns out @cPanel was right on the spot! The faulty patch was rolled out on platforms running CloudLinux.

Important regarding the latest security fix PHP 7.0.32. A faulty release that rolled on cPanel hosts makes array_column() return an empty array. While saving the order all order items will be lost. Be sure to grab the fixed release of PHP 7.0.32 or stay out of it.

@cPanel We don't have the insight if this was all cPanel hosts on PHP 7.0 or if there are multiple maintenance channels. But this was confirmed by @oderland that there was a faulty patch of 7.0.32. Perhaps someone can fill out the blanks.
