🚨NEW: One of YouTube's largest channels, Penguinz0 (who is apolitical) calls the UK government "vampires" in response to their crackdown on non-government approved media on the platform.
"That heatwave in the UK must have melted neurons. I mean, just torched frontal lobes of the UK government."
"You would only be exposed to what they approve. 'They're right. They know what's best. Don't question them. Only consume what they say you need to consume because they know what's best for you.'
"That's the idea. That shit is concerning, that shit is alarming and it should be a frightening prospect for anyone."
"There are some lobotomites that are cheering this on. Even though this is just censoring anyone that isn't on the weiner of the UK government."
@WhaleInsider It’s the same thing as the dot com craze, new technology that is extraordinary causes mass excitement then it doesn’t live up to what everyone thought it was. Bubble pops, some companies survive and it slowly becomes what we thought it could be.
🚨NEWS: A leak from Andy Burnham's team have shown he has plans to enforce a new law requiring you provide Digital I.D to use a VPN

@iPaid9_99ForThs@Polymarket when you start sending your id and personal information to multiple different companies, you increase your breach surface. https://t.co/VXczpFou2q
@Polymarket Slippery slope, this is like the same argument for free speech. If you ban one word at some point you will ban all of them. We are going to end up having to provide identification for everything we do online. This is scary.
