7 is so close to being #1 but playing RE2 is formative for me like Max Payne and MGS2.

resident evil WAS funny, but I think what a lot of people are missing is A LOT of the humor comes from the main characters reactions to stuff and these aren’t the reactions typical to a video game character but instead the kind of reactions we the players have while playing.

I think that new Wolverine game is quite a bit of old school b-game fun but holy fuck is that 3rd act one of the messiest things I’ve seen in a AAA game.

I’m probably too happy post Resident Evil (2026) but it’s because I was there for all the garbage video game movies. I saw Max Payne in theatres. I sat there for Silent Hill (decent) and Silent Hill 3D: Retribution.
