Technique 1: Loaded Framing in the Headline & Lead

Headline: “Senate Republicans again reject effort to halt Iran war.”

The word “reject” and “halt” frames Republicans as blocking peace, not as supporting Trump in an active conflict against a nuclear-threshold regime.

The lead immediately calls it “Trump’s war in Iran” and notes he started it “without a vote of support from Congress”, which is replanting the “illegal war” seed.
