Nadia’s presentation examines the effects of 19th century economic barriers on the authors in New Grub Street. She positions the characters in our modern day literary market to see if market demands have changed much. I wonder has the market changed much?? 👀 #LitModSymposium21
Sara’s presentation focuses on the role of readers as consumers and how the demands of the literary market in New Grub Street affects the fictive authors in the novel. #LitModSymposium21
