My monetization has been restored on YouTube 🎉

Yesterday I reapplied after 90 days since demonetization — and it was approved. I’m really happy to be able to continue creating content, doing what I love, and making videos for my audience.

A growing number of animation creators say their YouTube channels are being demonetized or terminated under policies like:

• “Harmful content involving minors”
• “Misleading Family Content”
• “Content related to sexual abuse”
Even though their content doesn’t involve minors at all.
My channel was falsely flagged as “Harmful content involving minors” and “Content related to sexual abuse,” even though my videos only contain about 15% animation in a single video.

In several cases, creators report:

• No policy strikes
• No clear offending video identified
• Appeals rejected automatically

Unlike many YouTube formats, animation often takes:

• Weeks or months per video
• Expensive software
• Long production pipelines
Losing monetization overnight can wipe out a creator’s income.
Child safety policies are important.

But if moderation tools can’t distinguish between actual harmful content and fictional animation, creators may keep getting caught in the crossfire.

This situation is honestly becoming very frustrating.

Creators are finally getting their monetization back after months of waiting, and then just a few hours later it gets demonetized again by the AI for the same reason. This creates huge uncertainty and fear among creators because it feels like monetization can disappear again at any moment even after being restored.

Please @TeamYouTube review these cases carefully and fix this AI system. Many genuine creators are suffering because of repeated false demonetizations. We really need stable and reliable reviews.
