That’s because I don’t have the Sheldon Cooper version where I’m obsessed with trains and math.

I have the version where I mask heavily, sensory-seek, and burn myself out from doing too much because of co-occurring anxiety.

I panic when plans change, I deal with rejection sensitivity, and I get called aggressive just for being honest.

I think I need to recalibrate my calorie deficit. with working 3-4 days a week (on my feet running around)

And then working out at the Pilates studio 4-5 days a week I think I'm not eating enough because I've been ravenous lately.
