@IICoalition@JoeBloggsLife We were told the exact same thing - a decision by USCIS can’t be made until after medicals are done because they discover and decide all sorts in the medical. Also heard medicals “completed successfully” and a green tick doesn’t mean they are necessarily passed. Just completed.
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6
It’s one thing to trust God in the light…it’s another thing entirely to trust Him when you don’t understand. That’s the kind of faith we’re after and that’s the kind of faith the world needs to see. #JoyceQuote
@Hotrodafrica@movingfwdinhope@JoeBloggsLife For someone that you don’t rate, she’s clearly touched a nerve because you seem a bit obsessed with her if you’re scratching through her profile. How do you know she doesn’t know about rugby, isn’t married to a professional rugby player, doesn’t have USCIS inside information?!
@swiegers_riana@Hotrodafrica No matter what happens I will never criticise a gift which is exactly what this program is. If I’m found ineligible then it’s not God’s plan for me and with dignity and grace I will accept it. I will not criticise or demand anything.
@swiegers_riana@Hotrodafrica It’s a brand new program that has never been done before. There are obviously going to be teething problems in running it. That’s different to the program being flawed
@swiegers_riana@Hotrodafrica@MagdaWiese15292 In that way I completely agree it’s flawed. I don’t agree it’s flawed because so many have been found ineligible. That was always going to be the case - they could never take everyone that applied.
@swiegers_riana@Hotrodafrica@MagdaWiese15292 I agree and I think they should have been managed better from the start. People were led to hope without realising that there was a good chance that going wouldn’t happen
@swiegers_riana@Hotrodafrica@MagdaWiese15292 People might have then been less likely to spend money they didn’t have. The whole thing is very tricky and a horrible situation for everyone
@swiegers_riana@Hotrodafrica Calling the program “flawed” because some people were denied makes no sense. It was never designed to accept everyone. Thousands have been given a safe pathway to the US. The success isn’t negated because some were found ineligible.
@Hotrodafrica@swiegers_riana The facts are that many people have been found ineligible and there is absolutely nothing that can be done about it. That’s her point and she’s not wrong about that.
@Hotrodafrica@swiegers_riana A law degree might not make someone an expert in that area but it generally helps someone understand procedures, processes, documents and terminology. Regardless, she’s not wrong unless you can appeal or you have a way to overturn the ruling. If not, your argument is pointless
Keep your business to yourself on public platforms. Don’t expose who you are or what you are - not your name, your photos or your story. Privacy is power.
@swiegers_riana@Hotrodafrica I know people that have been found ineligible and none of them are carrying on and behaving badly on social media. None of them are demanding anything. They are devastated but they are focusing on building their lives again and not complaining. People like @MagdaWiese15292
@swiegers_riana@Hotrodafrica I’ve read the all comments and there is definitely nothing that constitutes slander in any of the interactions. There are just people with different opinions and some that are very emotional and take offence easily
