@BTCare So which division of bt would my situation apply to? As I stated, your response puts me back to my provider who then direct me back to bt

@BTCare can somebody tell me why it would take 3 months to have a house connected up to the green box? I have no landline no internet and where I live no mobile coverage, was told it’d be an ‘priority’ as we have 2 young children and can’t make an emergency call if needed.

@BTCare It is new but we have been told it had already been connected, every time we speak to open reach they say their bit has been done and to contact our provider (sky) but they say they can’t do anything as it’s a problem with the connection itself which passes it back to bt.

@O2 is there a way to increase your mobile/3G/4G signal to a home in a poor coverage area?
