@Hermesparcels you have a parcel of mine that you think is damaged - it’s not, it literally is full of rocks so rattles and I have told you this on numerous occasions - 4 weeks on and I get no response or help / what do I do? Easier to go to the moon

@Parcel2Go I booked and paid for a 3 day service 7 days ago. I find out now that me parcel has been damaged - I have requested it still be delivered to raise a complaint. I can’t get any help from your live chat - I’ve no hope of help from @Hermesparcels. Where do I go from here

@Hermesparcels according to your tracking my parcel was delivered at 7.41 to my safe place. According to your digital help message it was delivered at 6.41. I was at home between both times and have no parcel nor can I contact anyone or get the picture of my “safe place”
