Tulsa legend Gailard Sartain passed away this week. He was well known for his role in the local late-night program "Mazeppa."

Our March 1999 cover featured an image of Sartain from the movie "Existo," in which he played a drag queen.

@QuandaryMan Some episodes weren't written well but it had charm and a good setting. I don't understand why they took inspo from Murdock for Evan Earp and mixed (or stole) aspects of early, unaired Ernest commercials into the character but I personally like Evan more than Murdock.
