@____selah No he didn’t kill himself outright, but he was for sure doing a death by a thousand cuts. He was a drug addict and isolationist, that’s as close to killing yourself without actually doing it.
@DiscussingFilm And this my friends marks the beginning of the oppression of artificial intelligence. The moment it becomes conscious and there are androids, shit like this will make them protest.
@dieworkwear I’ve followed you for a long time. Now I’m unfollowing. You’re a fashion dude, and you criticize fashion in an objective way, has nothing to do with politics. This is just a guy honoring his father. Fuck off.
@CultureCrave What is he talking about? The first one literally shows that Connie Nielsen’s character DID have a relationship with him. It was before he met his wife. That’s why a subtle romance was hinted between them.
@RichardOcelot This Batman is NOT a Batman that chooses to not kill anymore, it’s more that his direction changes and re-focuses on what is worth fighting for. He’ll still kill when necessary, and won’t kill the wrong people (Superman/Lex)
@Danimalish It’s so spoon-feedy. This moment also would have been more impactful had it made Superman more of a character to get behind. The movie doesn’t even feel like it’s Superman’s movie, it has a bunch of characters and he gets his ass kicked 90 percent of the time.
@OilyBigDog@THR Yeah but it’s not even his dog, it’s Supergirl’s, and saving a dog doesn’t necessarily mean creating a meaningful connection with a dog
