BREAKING: Jimmy Kimmel destroys Trump with an EPIC response after Trump’s Truth Social sent Kimmel a legal “cease and desist” letter threatening to sue Kimmel and his show for stating on air that Truth Social is bleeding money and dropping in market value.

The feud started when Kimmel declared on his show that Truth Social had lost $73 million in value since it’s launch.

Now, Kimmel declared, “This morning, I woke up to a letter from the Trump Media and Technology Group demanding that I apologize for and retract a statement I made on the air about his struggling social media platform, Truth Social. We talk a lot about Donald Trump here at the show in the same way paleontologists talk about apes, right? We're studying him but it's easy to forget sometimes that he actually sees this stuff. He's obsessed with himself and with what people say about him and because of that we have somehow found ourselves once again in the wisp-thin crosshairs of our crazy ex-president and his compatriots. I have to say, demanding a retraction for reporting the value of his company incorrectly is pretty darn hilarious — considering the fact he is on trial right now for reporting the value of his company incorrectly Maybe he should sue himself. BREAKING: Donald Trump is publicly humiliated in court as as judge sternly orders him to quiet down after he threw up his hands in frustration and whined aloud to his lawyers while a witness was testifying against him.

This is just too perfect...

Trump has gone from the most powerful man in the world with a nuclear arsenal at his fingertips to just another common criminal getting berated in court for bad behavior.

The case is related to the massive widespread fraud he and the Trump Organization allegedly committed.

Judge Arthur Engoron gave the command after Trump's animated discussion with his lawyers grew too loud and disruptive.

A lawyer for the state asked the judge to ask Trump and his defense team to "stop commenting during the witness’ testimony" because the "exhortations" were audible on the witness side of the room.

The judge obliged, adding that they must be quiet, "particularly if it’s meant to influence the testimony."

BREAKING: Anti-MAGA Republican Liz Cheney brutally torches Congressman Jim Jordan as he struggles to get enough votes to become the new Speaker — and says choosing him will be disastrous.

This is going to absolutely infuriate "Gym."

Cheney predicted that Republicans will lose control of the House next election if they pick Jordan to lead them.

"If Rs nominate Jordan to be Speaker, they will be abandoning the Constitution. They’ll lose the House majority and they’ll deserve to," tweeted Cheney.

She went on to draw attention to the close relationship Jordan has with disgraced insurrectionist Donald Trump, and slammed him for working to overturn the 2020 election.

"Jim Jordan was involved in Trump’s conspiracy to steal the election and seize power," she added. "He urged that Pence refuse to count lawful electoral votes."

In a speech last week, Cheney ripped into Jordan, saying that if he wins the Speakership there will "no longer be any possible way to argue that a group of elected Republicans could defend against the Constitution."

"Jim Jordan knew more about what Donald Trump had planned for Jan. 6 than any other member of the House of Representatives," she said in the speech last week. "Jim Jordan was involved, was part of the conspiracy in which Donald Trump was engaged as he attempted to overturn the election."

Cheney is right. Jim Jordan belongs in prison, not wielding the Speaker's gavel.

BREAKING: Republican Congresswoman exposes Trumper Congressman Jim Jordan, reveals that he threw an embarrassing temper tantrum during the meeting in which Republicans attempted to choose Steve Scalise over him to be the next House Speaker.

According to Político, Republican Congresswoman Ann Wagner “recalled the moment that lost Jordan her support. It took place during a private meeting between Scalise and Jordan, less than an hour after the majority leader won House Republicans’ internal speaker ballot. According to Wagner and other House Republicans briefed on the meeting, Jordan said to Scalise: 'You get one ballot. And when you go down, you will nominate me!’ When Scalise pushed back, arguing that he had won by the conference rules, Jordan angrily replied: 'America wants me!’ before storming out the door."

But it gets worse for Jim Jordan, because the Politico report adds, “The report adds, "Just as Scalise did, Jordan — who’s not yet officially announced a repeat bid for speaker — faces pockets of opposition from many sides of the House GOP. While Jordan is beloved by conservatives, he faces skepticism from senior and more establishment Republicans turned off by his rabble-rousing days as a Freedom Caucus founder. Some centrists in purple districts, too, are uneasy that an ultraconservative Speaker Jordan might sink their already fragile majority."

Jim Jordan’s sense of entitlement is beyond belief. He belongs in prison and as far away from the House Speaker’s gavel as possible…

Is not the Supreme Court of the United States of America the fundamental foundation of upholding the laws that protect every single citizen of the United States of America. BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith scores a MASSIVE win as Donald Trump slips up at today’s Meet the Press interview incriminates himself by taking full responsibility for the Big Lie after the host bravely forces him to answer her brilliant question.

It all started when host Kristen Welker asked Trump whether he was listening to his lawyers or his “own instincts” when he decided to cook up his Big Lie that he is now facing multiple federal felony charges over.

At this point, Trump sensed danger, so he tried to pivot to bragging about the “many numerous books” that have “been written about how the election was rigged.”

At this point, the host went for the jugular, cutting Trump off and asking, “But where you calling the shots?”

Trump tried ignoring her, once again launching back into his rant about the “many books” that back his Big Lie.

Undaunted, host Kristen Welker didn’t back down, again cutting Trump off and asking, “Were YOU calling the shots though?”

At this point, Trump became visibly upset and snapped back, “Excuse me!” before AGAIN shamelessly going back to rambling about the Big Lie books.

Unfortunately for Trump, Welker wasn’t about to let him get away with it, and she again looked Trump dead in the face and asked, “But where YOU calling the shots though, Mr President!?”

At this point, Trump had no choice but the mumble nervously, “Ughhh… as to whether or not I believed that the election was rigged? Sure! It was MY decision!

There you have it, folks — and straight from the horse’s mouth. Special Counsel Jack Smith just got even more incriminating evidence to show Judge Chutkan — nothing less than Trump himself admitting that he was the one “calling the shots” in his Big Lie conspiracy to steal Biden’s win.

Trump is TOAST.

I just moved 1 & 3/4 of an an hour out of Columbus (OH) to find a place to live as I'm on SSDI believe me $12.50/hour wouldn't be enough factoring that most apartmens require 3x the monthly rent.
