@zaful_official Still no refund or any way at all of accessing my account, Zaful did not deliver an order from December 2019 and they have now cancelled my account so i am unable to ask for a refund. This is disgusting and theft. Can i get a response from the Zaful team ASAP.

@zaful_official this could not be worse customer service - 7 months after my order i am yet to receive 1 item and i have heard absolutely nothing back from the support team. Nothing short of theft. Please can i have a response - i urgently require a refund.
