Last night scum stole the statue of my Grandfather Teddy Baldock Britain's youngest ever World Boxing Champion. The statue was unveiled outside the Langdon Park DLR Station in Poplar, East London. Years of work and a stunning work of art by the sculptor, the late Carl Payne will be sold for scrap and melted down. Please retweet in case we can recover it.

1. Do you have a list of Halal slaughter houses ?
‘Yes we have one but it is not in the public interest to release.’
2. Do you have a list of ‘stunned’ Halal Slaughter Houses ?
‘No.’

Why ever not @foodgov ?
You are supposed to be a regulator .

As normal you are sending people who ask about halal or religious slaughter reams of waffle .

I want to ask you this :

Is your leg of lamb meat religiously slaughtered ?

YES OR NO?

If YES, then you are not allowed to sell it to non believers .

If NO , your slaughter houses are not allowed to have the religious slaughter exemptions .

That simple.

It cannot be half and half .

@Jenny_1884 Same with restaurants. So many restaurants in London serve halal meat to all their guests! You won’t know unless you ask as it’s not made clear in the menu or on website etc
