The hire:
Marketing Manager (Brand & Growth, GTM)
Type: Full-time · Remote
About the hire (aka: me):
7+ years across brand, growth, and product marketing, strategy to execution. Startups, agencies, B2B and B2C, with deep roots in Web3/crypto and tech.
I also carry an ops background: I've owned processes across marketing, sales, and delivery inside a startup.
The role (what I'm looking for in an employer):
– You see marketing as strategy, not just execution
– You value autonomy, trust, and space to think
– Marketing has a seat in product and growth decisions
– You're building something you really care about
Benefits:
– A marketer who treats your product and company like it's her own
– Someone comfortable managing clients, projects, and communities
– Clear opinions, backed by data and context
– Someone who enjoys building from zero and staying for the long run (very hands-on)
If this sounds like your company, my DMs are open.
If you know a company that could be a good match, I'd really appreciate you sharing this.
PS: Jokes aside, I've been reading so many job descriptions lately that I started to sound like one.
Do not spend this year being shy. Get out there, feel life. Talk to new people, send the message, take the risk. Most people are waiting too, someone just has to go first. Let that someone be you. Not because you’re fearless, but because your life is worth experiencing fully.
we get together once a month to learn about a topic the community voted for
this time, @Brinaweb3 talked about careers in web3 (and @DanielexptoSP organized the whole meeting, I'm so proud)
monday night, surrounded by women who truly want to learn and support each other
so happy I found this community
@shefibrazil you're the best I love you
