Yesterday I watched “Soul” to remind myself that maybe the purpose of life isn’t always finding some big purpose. It’s simply being present enough to enjoy being alive.
Do not place me on a pedestal, as I will intentionally disappoint you. I refuse to perform perfection and be confined to an unrealistic fantasy and expectation that was created for me.
I choose to honor my multidimensionality and my humanness — the light, the shadows, the wisdom, the wild, the sensuality, and every layer in between. I would much rather be witnessed in my authentic, embodied truth than be admired through forced illusion.
