Against all odds, I officially filed my first lawsuit in connection with this nightmare in US District Court, Western District of Michigan, against my former employer Henn Lesperance PLC, Kevin Lesperance, Gosia Walker, Roy H. Johnson & others.

Update: Henn Lesperance PLC has retained outside counsel. 8 min after I filed my lawsuit in federal court, their attorney sent a contemptuous letter. I responded accordingly.

Michigan's defamation statute mandates that plaintiffs must first demand a retraction from the defendant of any false & defamatory statements, offering a chance to reduce damages. I don't expect Henn Lesperance PLC, my former employer, to comply but this is a necessary legal step
