@Win10Transports Hey, May I ask a question? The question is did you or your team optimize Cubic for random packet loss and competing with Google's BBR flows?
My colleague @_martinellis at Skype sent me this pre-print on some early attempts at Microsoft to use RL for Congestion Control in video streaming and video chat. https://t.co/O7LjyrEkR9
@justinesherry@ranyshaware Do not merely care about fairness for the Internet, a reliable network also matters. One of famous tech companies in China used BBR v1 in datacenter, which caused network collapse...
@ziwphd 1. I feel sorry for your experience
2.The truth is you are not fat and you are beautiful
3.Ppl who did this criticism are totally ugly, rude, mean

"The future depends on some graduate student who is deeply suspicious of everything I have said." - Geoffrey Hinton. There couldn't be a better quote to end a lecture on deep learning state of the art with: https://t.co/VHrHVKbyPD
@justinesherry China also has the trend of keeping the poor out. But with the pervasiveness of Internet, the poor can access and learn from the open and quality courses, books of higher institutions like the Big-four in America if they want to change their life and their next-generation's life.
@justinesherry The higher education system of China is Best-effort Service(cheap but can not guarantee quality), and that of America is DiffServ designed for ppl are born with genius or wealthy/well-educated families, because they are survivals of the fittest in natural selection and MAGA.
