recently just made a friend irl that also has an ed and she’s sooo amazing but unfortunately the competitive side of me cannot rest until i lose more weight than her :/
actually life changing habits:
- drinking 2L water a day
- going to bed early and actually getting enough sleep
- walking every day (esp in the morning in the sun)
- protein with every meal
- flossing and brushing twice a day
- eating fruits and veggies every single day
life gets easier when you realize that food will always be there. you’re not missing out on anything if you don’t eat this instant. you have your entire life to eat. you’re welcome
