There’s no point in rehashing stuff with me… idk why people want to disturb my Sunday morning about the actions of another. I’m at a point in my life where I remove myself and my ability to care the minute I turn people and their foolishness over to God. Why? I have less than 30 minutes of Gods time left in this life and I have zero time to deal with people and their stuff. So please let them do whatever, say whatever, go wherever because they are none of my concern.

I’m just wondering how guys who’ve been in the league for your years be so terrible at their craft… like yes it’s just a game and the whole point is to go out and have fun. But if you don’t study the bullpen and how to handle the pitches you’ll potentially see how can a player ever expect to gain consistency? Pitchers have patterns and if folks watch enough baseball they become clearer. In the last month I’ve seen guys attempt to hit balls that should be declared a ball. They don’t settle in and work the pitcher down into giving them something they can actually hit. Then they are upset when they fly out. No one is asking for the moon (HR) but people just want consistency not a blow out in every game or 3/4 of an entire team going 0-4 at bat. If I was that inconsistent at my job I wouldn’t have a job.

My problem with mlb hitters is that they are consistently inconsistent. On days where it should be an easy at bat they over complicate, rush, and swing at bad pitches. They don’t wait in the count and by the looks of it they don’t study the pitchers they’re up against but wait till they’re at the plate to do so.
I mean by the first or second inning you should or someone else on your squad should be able to say load early because he’s throwing fastballs or watch out for changeups or curveballs or sinkers. Like talk to each other out there. I get it it’s early in the season but to get on base one day and then go 0-4 or 0-5 in subsequent days then you have commentators talking about he’s getting better. No this batter struggles with consistency at this point in the season. We need more honesty in sports because most people prop folks up but don’t say what they’re doing wrong and how to fix it cause it shouldn’t be this hard.

I just started trying to bet consistently and this makes no sense. I’ve gone HRR, total bases, 0.5 hits 🤣🤣🤣🤣 taking a close look at their stats on baseball savant and prior games and matchups and guys that should be able to get on base don’t. I’m shocked. Like Machado, Marte, and Carroll. All 0-4 but got hits yesterday to zilch. It’s frustrating because these guys should be hitting well and at least getting on base but they chase garbage. I don’t get it.

The data for me is proving to be unreliable no matter what you look at… pitching metrics, batting metrics, or using baseball savant… these guys look good on paper but suck in real time. Most of them are consistently inconsistent and commentators don’t help. They’ll say he’s gotten so good over the season meanwhile he just went 0-4 in his last two games 🤣🤣🤣 they never call these guys out. If I was an owner I’d never pay them anything until they became more consistent with just getting on base.

The problem they have they need to put Kornet on Karl he’s a better defender because Wemby is too afraid to bang on the inside. Towns is prone to be in foul trouble use that against him. In the beginning of game the put a ton of pressure on Brunson but they did continue that the whole game. Wemby needs to get at least 45-50 combined for them to win he has the height advantage get your butt in the paint case and point ⬆️⬆️ smh this is coaching. He set the screen and didn’t roll. Why are inside the 3 go to the basket.

I am giving them credit but the team with the 7’4” player who has too long of a wingspan don’t know what they have or how to play. They are getting out coached. One thing I would never allow on my watch is for a team to outsmart me when I have a player who can literally turn and dunk at will. These guys are so busy trying to shoot threes but they forgot how to be post players and do basics. Footwork matters and he showed it towards the last 5 minutes of the game. I’m giving Knicks their props but all those assistant coaches and head coach are turrible right now and don’t know how to use their team effectively.
