Any American step that strengthens Erdogan’s Turkey and the new jihadist regime in Syria undermines regional stability and endangers the security of Israel, Greece, and Cyprus.

Syria’s jihadi regime is a clear proxy of Erdogan. Treating it as a legitimate “new government” or path to peace is a dangerous misreading of reality. It is a jihadist organization that seized power, and Erdogan uses it to expand Turkish influence at the expense of America’s true allies.

We cannot ignore how it has treated minorities: Jihadists affiliated with the regime have targeted Druze and Christian communities, filming themselves forcing Christians and other non-Muslims to kneel, trampling them, and making them bark like dogs to humiliate and degrade them.

🚨 HUGE MISTAKE: U.S. EXPECTED TO REMOVE SYRIA FROM TERRORISM LIST

According to Al-Monitor, the Trump administration is expected to remove Syria from the U.S. State Sponsors of Terrorism list on Monday, ending a designation in place since 1979.

There is no indication Syria has genuinely reformed. If anything, the warning signs point in the opposite direction.

Removing the designation could unlock greater U.S. assistance, exports, investment and even defense-related opportunities.

Washington should be demanding proof of fundamental change, not rewarding a regime before that change has happened.
