an unstoppable great day: up with the dawn, lit a campfire so I could stay outside and work, then gathered everything up and finished the chicken run roof! It took all day long, but I was full of energy!
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Do what your body demands of you—attain glory, honor, wealth—and your life will be a hell. Do what your soul demands of you—attain humility, mercy, love—and you’ll have no need of any heaven. Heaven will be in your soul.
Psalm 28:7 "The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him."
I’m going to the ski resort today with my wife and kids: that’s HUGE for me since MS has shackled me at home for years. I could never accompany people on physical trips, until today!
Eleven. I can’t believe I did ELEVEN pull-ups this evening. A new personal best. MS cannot stop me!
Psalm 27: the Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear?
Today, I reached a new personal best in the gym. I did TEN pull-ups in one set. Yes! Six months ago, I was hobbling around with a cane. MS is on the run. Praise God!
It worked! Yes, Powerlifting, together with the correct diet, and GOD omnipotent will, I do beat back multiple sclerosis. Thank you, Lord, me giving me the power to win.
Time to make my multiple sclerosis go away for a while. Thank you, God.
35 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy right hand hath holden me up, and thy gentleness hath made me great.
36 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip.
Today, with God’s blessed help, I was able to finish a song that’s been kicked around in my head for years. Thank you Lord Jesus. I could not have done it without You. Jeffrey Coldcreek
Today was my personal best day in the gym since beginning last December. I started off with a CANE, and I could barely lift the bar by itself. Well, today I deadlifted 130lbs and broke my personal PULL-UPS record: 7 in a rep! #endmultiplesclerosis !
@LeoTollstoy I am so grateful for that man. I’m reading War and Peace right now. Pierre is in prison with Platon Karataev. It’s the most beautiful story I have ever read.
