Day 5 calling out @Afrinvest until I get my money back. After sending my details via their dm, I haven’t gotten any response on when I’d get my funds back. @ike_chioke @SECNigeria these people are incompetent!!!!

Imagine if I needed this money to sort an emergency bill. That’s how @Afrinvest @ike_chioke would have left me stranded. They don’t give a damn about what happens to their customers. Pay me my money!!!!! @Afrinvest @SECNigeria

@MTNNG 10. I run a business also and no where should a customer have to go through these much troubles after paying for a service. Very very terrible customer service experience and I really regret paying for the MTN FibreX network garbage.

@MTNNG MTN customer service is the absolute worst and the most nonchalant customer service ever!!!! Also their FibreX unlimited internet is a Scam!!!.

1.paid for installation about 14days ago, two days after, I got a call from their engineers and my Fibre network was installed

@MTNNG 9. For everytime I needed an update, I had to call or text @MTNNG customer service and then I have to run through the whole process again and I’m so frustrated and want a refund at this point. Two weeks now and no solution from the whole customer service team!
